That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, situated in Iberia Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated Lot 4A and 5 of Pilgrim Subdivision (100 X 239), said property having frontage on Conway Street, with further dimensions, boundaries, shape, form, location and configuration as shown on that certain plat of survey of said subdivision dated June 12,1943, prepared by W.K. Frantz and attached to that act recorded under Entry No. 62961 of the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, Clerk of Court.
