Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

That certain lot or parcel of ground identified as “M.K. Deare” as shown by reference to that certain plat of survey prepared by G. K. Pratt Munson Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 29,1998, attached to that act filed for record December 3,1998 under entry no. 98-11633 of the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana;
Being that certain lot of ground with all buildings and improvements and the component parts thereof, together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto appertaining, and all appurtenances thereof situated in Section 51, Township 13 South, Range 8 East, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, with a boundary of 257.60 feet, more or less, along the northeastern boundary and 322.0 feet, more or less, along the northwestern boundary, a southeastern boundary line of 319.0 feet, more or less, and a southwestern boundary line of 257.6 feet, more or less, and being bounded northeast by property of F. L. Deare or assigns, northwest by property of William Mayfield or assigns, southeast by property of Edward Miller, III or assigns, and southwest by Bayou Teche.
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND 77/100 ($21,835.77) Interest from March 1, 2025, until paid, reasonable attorney’s fees. And all costs of these proceedings.
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
