Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause,and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026
The following described property, to wit:
That certain lot of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining, and all appurtenances thereof, lying and being situated in Sections 15 and 56, Township 11 South, Range 6 East, and Sections 2 and 11, Township 12 South, Range 6 East, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, and containing and measuring one hundred ten (110’) feet front on the north side of Lake Tasse Drive, by a depth along the eastern side line of one hundred forty-five (145’) feet, and a depth along the western side line of one hundred fifty-nine and 72/100 (
159.72’) feet, and having a rear width of ninety-three and 49/100 (
93.49’) feet, being bounded on the north by Jules Schwing or assigns, on the south by Lake Tasse Drive, on the east by Lot 2 of Block 5 of plat hereinafter described and on the west by a fifty (50’) foot street, as yet unnamed: BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 3 OF BLOCK 5 OF PLAT OF LAKE TASSE ESTATES, prepared by R. B. Marie, Land Surveyor, the original of which is recorded in Miscellaneous Book 13, at Folio 591, under Entry No. 5271 of the Iberia Parish public records.

To pay and satisfy the sum of:

3.625% per annum from May 1,2025, reasonable attorneys’ fees. And all costs of these proceedings.
