Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITHOUT appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

The following described property, to-wit:
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, situated in Section 60, Township 12 South, Range 5 East, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated as Lot 26 of Lake Peigneur Estates Subdivision, Part II, and having the dimensions, boundaries, shape, form, location and configuration as per plat of survey by J. Wayne Landry, dated July 24,1982, recorded under Entry Number 8306834, in the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND 89/100 ($114,858.89) Interest from July 1,2025, until paid, at 3.125% per annum, reasonable attorney’s fees. And all costs of these proceedings.
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
