Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

The following described property, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, easements and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 2, T13S, R5E, in the First Ward of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, containing approximately 12.5 acres and fronting 182.8 feet, more or less, on Leleux Road by a depth between parallel lines (the northern boundary line measuring approximately 3001 feet and the southern boundary measuring approximately 2,906.55 feet) back to a 30 foot drainage ditch, being bounded on the north by property of Joyce Mary Touchet McDaniel, and/or assigns, on the south by Tract 1 shown on the tract referred to below (Eugenie Ann Migues and Creig John Migues,
