Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on
WEDNESDAY, JULY 8, 2026
The following described property, to-wit:
That certain parcel of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon, with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining, situated in Section 22, T125, R7E, in the Fourth Ward of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated as Lot 7, Block 10 of Timberstone Estates Subdivision, Phase II, as per the corrected plat of survey prepared by Wayne M. LaBiche Engineering, November 8, 2005, a copy of which is attached to Entry No. 06-03421, in the public records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana. Original plat of survey filed at COB 1318, Page 60 on October 20, 2005.
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
($132,606.86) with 3.750% interest thereon from July 1, 2025, together with reasonable attorney’s fees. And all costs of
these proceedings.
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
