Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

The following described property, to-wit:
That certain parcel of ground, together with all improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging and all appurtenances thereof, being situated in Iberia Parish, Louisiana, in Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 6 East, containing 2.547 acres, more or less, and being described with reference to that certain plat of survey prepared by D. Ralph Caffery & Associates, Inc., dated April 20,1981 and revised December 15,1981, attached to Entry No. 82-747 of the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, known as LOTS THIRTY-THREE (33) and THIRTY-FOUR (34) of GULF COAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, having further dimensions, measurements and boundaries
as are more fully shown on the aforesaid plat of survey.
FOR INFORMATIVE PURPOSES ONLY Being the same property acquired by Amended Judgment of Possession from the Succession of Ronald Anthony Domingue recorded February 23,2021, at Book 1700, Page 487, Under File No. 2021-1478 in the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
Further, acquired by Act of Donation from Kimberly Lauren Domingue recorded February 23, 2021, at Book 1700, Page 493, under File No. 2021-1480, in the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
MUNICIPAL ADDRESS TBD LOVE DR, NEW IBERIA, LA 70560
THIS ACT IS FURTHER MADE, EXECUTED AND ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Plat of Survey prepared by D. Ralph Caffery & Associates, Inc., dated April 20,1981, and revised December 15,1981, attached to Entry No. 82-747.
2. Any and all restrictive covenants, easements, encroachments, servitudes, rights-of- way, mineral leases, mineral reservations, and obligations of ownership affecting the described property and/or that may be contained in the chain of title and/or plan of subdivision.
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
THIRTEEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED THIRTY- ONE DOLLARS AND 25/100 ($13,331.25) plus late charges in the amount of $9.94 plus escrow due in the amount of $652.77 plus interest on all sums at the rate of 8.00% per annum from October 24,2024 until paid, reasonable attorney’s fees. And all costs of these proceedings.
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
