INVITATION FOR BIDS
RENOVATE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER
(PHASE 2)
IBERIA PARISH AIRPORT AUTHORITY
The Iberia Parish Airport Authority will receive Bids for “Renovate Air Traffic Control Tower (Phase 2) at the Iberia Parish Council Chambers, 300 Iberia St., Ste. 400; New Iberia, LA 70560, until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at which time Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project includes renovations to the existing Air Traffic Control Tower and installation of an AWOS I at the Acadiana Regional Airport.
Contract time to complete this work will be sixty (60) consecutive calendar days.
Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the total Bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Iberia Parish Council Chambers, 300 Iberia St., Ste. 400; New Iberia, LA 70560, at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Each paper Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to ATTENTION: Michael Clifton, Purchasing Officer, Iberia Parish Government, 300 Iberia St., Ste. 400, New Iberia, LA 70560 with Renovate Air Traffic Control Tower (Phase 2), the Bidder’s Name, Bidder’s Address, Bidder’s Louisiana Contractor License Number, and Bid Opening Date clearly typed or printed on the outside of the envelope.
The Iberia Parish Airport Authority reserves its right under law to reject any and all Bids for just cause. The Iberia Parish Airport Authority shall incur no obligation to any Contractor relating to this Invitation for Bids until a Contract between the Iberia Parish Airport Authority and the Contractor is fully executed.
