Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

The following described property, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, situated in Section 7, Township 12S, Range 7E, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated as Lot E, said property frontage of 50 feet, more or less, on Dorsey Road, with the further dimensions, boundaries, shape, form, location and configuration as shown on that certain plat of survey dated August 11, 1994, prepared by Alfred W. Schoeffier, attached to that act
recorded under Entry No. 96- 00001869 of the records of Iberia Parish Clerk of Court.
Being the same property acquired by Lawrence Tardy Blanchard and Ericka Lee Royster from Akierra Shari Jerae Williams by that Act of Cash Sale dated July 20,2020, and recorded July 20, 2020 under Entry No. 2020-00005679 of the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
2022 CMH (CLAT) manufactured home, Serial Number CLWO51926TX
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SIX DOLLARS AND 85/100 ($108,246.85), together with interest thereon at the rate of 7.5 per cent per annum from date of default on the unpaid principal balance, until paid. Reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs of these proceedings.
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
