Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITHOUT appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

The following described property, to wit:
Lot 9 of Block 6 of Terrell Court Subdivision, as shown by reference to that certain plat of survey, prepared by Paul E. Briley, dated December 9, 1998, filed for record December 23, 1998, Misc. Book 17, folio 513, Entry No. 7811, records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana. Being that certain lot of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, with all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereto appertaining, situated in Iberia Parish, Louisiana, within the corporate limits of the City of New Iberia, fronting 100 feet on the east side of Terrell Court by a depth along its northern boundary of 168.40 feet, a depth along its southern boundary of 168.3 feet and having a rear or eastern boundary of 100 feet, being bounded Northerly by Lot 8, Block 6 of Terrell Court Subdivision, Southerly by Lot 10, Block 6 of Terrell Court Subdivision, easterly by Evangeline Subdivision and Westerly by Terrell Court.
To pay and satisfy the sum of:
FORTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AND 63/100 ($43,538.63) DOLLARS, INTEREST THEREON AT THE
RATE OF 12.09 PER CENT PER ANNUM FROM MARCH 15, 2014, UNTIL PAID; REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES OF 25% OF THE SUMS DUE UNDER THE NOTE; ALL FORECLOSURE COSTS ETC., AND ALL COST OF THESE PROCEEDINGS
ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
