PUBLIC NOTICE
THE NEW IBERIA BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WILL MEET ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2026, AT 5:00PM ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF CITY HALL, 457 EAST MAIN STREET, 3RD FLOOR IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS TO REVIEW AND RENDER A DECISION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUEST:
1. VARIANCE REQUEST: Joseph King – 508 Caroline St., New Iberia requests a front yard variance of 9’ from the required 20’ front yard regulation as found in the City of New Iberia’s Code of Ordinances, Sec. 3.504: R-3 Residential District.
INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND OFFER THEIR COMMENTS ON THE MATTER(S) LISTED ABOVE. s/Jane H. Braud, Director of Planning & Zoning Department, City of New Iberia.
The cost of this notice is $73.80.
